How to create a label design
Access the dashboard
- Log in to your Fredo Dashboard.
- Under the tap “Active Print Events”, select the event you want to create a label design for.

(If you have just created the event, you will automatically be redirected to this page.)
Start a new label design
- Click [Design new label].

- Choose template: Select the label size you have already ordered.
Important: Selecting a different label size will cause printing errors. - Click [Continue].
Design your label
Select badge elements
- Click on the elements you want to include.
- Drag and drop each element into place.
Text can be centered. - When the label design is to your liking, click [Continue].
NOTE:
If a guest name is longer than the text box, it will automatically scale down to fit.
Upload logo or background
You can customize your label further by uploading a logo or background image.
NOTE:
Name badge printers only print in black and white. Any image you upload will automatically be converted.
Second label option
If you need an extra label per attendee, toggle “Print a second label for each attendee” on.

- If you enabled a second label, you will now be prompted to design that as well.
- When the second label is complete, click [Continue].
Review your label
- Click [Done] if everything looks correct.
- Click [Back] if you want to make changes.
Your label is now created!
